ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
BEFORE SHIPPING
Full cancellation allowed. 100% refund within 24-48 hours.
AFTER SHIPPING
Cannot cancel. Please refuse delivery or initiate return after receiving.
REFUSED DELIVERY
Full refund after product returns to us (7-10 days).

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that meet our return conditions.
Eligible for Return:
- Wrong size received
- Defective or damaged product
- Product significantly different from website description
- Wrong product delivered
- Unused product in original condition (changed mind)
Return Conditions:
- Product must be unworn and unused
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact
- Product must not be damaged, soiled, or altered
- Original invoice/receipt required
- Shoe box must not be damaged (return shipping should use outer packaging)

INITIATE RETURN REQUEST
Email us at support@arvefootwear.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos of the product. We'll respond within 24 hours.
APPROVAL & PICKUP SCHEDULING
Once approved, we'll arrange a pickup from your address or provide shipping instructions. Return shipping is FREE for defective products.
QUALITY CHECK
After receiving the product, our team will inspect it within 2 business days to verify return eligibility.
REFUND/EXCHANGE PROCESSED
Upon approval, refund is initiated within 24 hours. For exchanges, new product is shipped immediately.

Refund Method:
- Online Payments: Refunded to original payment method (UPI, card, net banking)
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) - requires bank details
EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer exchanges for size or color changes, subject to availability:
- Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery
- Product must meet the same conditions as returns
- If the new size/color is unavailable, a full refund will be processed
- Exchange shipping is FREE for the first exchange
- Price difference (if any) will be collected/refunded accordingly
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos
- Do not use or wear the product
- We will arrange FREE pickup and provide replacement or full refund
- Priority processing - refund within 3-5 business days
• Manufacturing defects (sole separation, stitching issues, etc.)
• Wrong product shipped
• Significantly different from website images
• Damaged during shipping
IMPORTANT NOTES
- We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet our conditions
- Photos of the product may be required to process return requests
- Repeated abuse of the return policy may result in account restrictions
- Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless defective
