Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days are usually processed the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on weekends/holidays are processed the next business day.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Email with tracking number and courier details
- SMS updates on order status
- Tracking link to monitor delivery in real-time
You can also track your order on our Track Order page using your order number.
DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS
- Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate, including landmarks if needed
- Contact Number: Provide a working phone number - the courier will call before delivery
- Someone Available: Ensure someone is available to receive the package at the delivery address
- Inspection: Check the package for damage before accepting. Report any damage immediately
- COD Payments: Keep exact change ready for Cash on Delivery orders
FAILED DELIVERY
If delivery fails, the courier will attempt delivery up to 3 times. Common reasons for failed delivery include:
- No one available to receive the package
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Customer refused delivery
- Area inaccessible
After 3 failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. For COD orders, you may be charged shipping costs for re-delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Pay in cash when your order is delivered. Available across India.
Additional payment options including UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, and Net Banking will be available soon.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within India. We're working on expanding our shipping to international locations. Stay tuned for updates!
